Hakkaisan sake(45 ml.)
cherry brandy (15 ml.)
lemon juice (1/2 tsp.)

Freeze Hakkaisan sake beforehand and cool cherry brandy. Blend all ingredients in a blender.

Comment from inventor Minoru Nishida:
Take care not to dilute the taste too much, so that the sake remains distinguishable. Cherry brandy calls to mind images of cherry blossoms, and its sweetness makes the cocktail easy to drink. Especially popular frozen.
