Hakkaisan sake (35 ml.)
vodka (15 ml.)
peach liqueur (10 ml.)
Calpis (a cultured, sweetened milk drink) (1 tsp.)
blue curacao (1 tsp.)
lemon juice (1 tsp.)

Shake all ingredients with ice.

Comment from inventor Yuya Otsuka:
Used vodka to increase the alcohol content.
